VeriClinify

Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026 (draft).

VeriClinify collects contact details and treatment-interest information when you submit Get Offers or Check a Clinic. Health-related indicators (for example, whether you have an X-ray) may be stored as yes/no flags. Medical files are not accepted in this version. Data is used to review your request and, with your consent, to contact you and relevant clinics. Optional marketing attribution (UTM parameters, landing page path, referrer host/path) may be stored with the request. You may email the operator to ask for access or deletion. This draft will be replaced after legal review. Paid advertising must not start until counsel has reviewed these pages.

Cookies and similar technology. The public site stores a language-preference cookie so the locale you choose is remembered. Admin sign-in uses a session cookie. Product analytics (PostHog) is configured with memory persistence and does not set an analytics cookie in this version. Error monitoring (Sentry) is configured not to send form fields, cookies, auth headers, or request bodies. A cookie-consent banner is not shown because analytics is designed to be cookieless; counsel must confirm whether the locale cookie or any future pixels require a banner before paid traffic.

Analytics events record locale, form step, treatment category, country (from a fixed list), and completion status only. Names, emails, phone numbers, and free-text comments are not sent to PostHog or Sentry. Advertising pixels for Google or Meta are not installed and must not be added without a legal and privacy review.
